Visit www.nasims.gov.ng on your web browser, read the instructions on the page and scroll down to where you find “Forgot Password”. Click on it, and it will take you to a new page where you will see a field to input your email.

Now you will need to type in your email address. I.e, the email address you used to register the Npower recruitment via the former portal (npower.gov.ng). After inputting the email, click on the “Reset Password” button, and you will get a notification that your password reset link has been sent to your mailbox.

Now open your mailbox, open the email and click on the reset password link. Create a new password and update it, then get back to the NASIMS website and login with your email and new password. You have successfully recovered your Npower account.

Before updating your profile, you are required to validate your BVN. Follow the steps below to validate your BVN immediately;

While you are still logged in to the portal, click on the BVN validation link and enter your BVN, provide your date of birth and phone number linked to your BVN in the field provided and click on the “validate” button.
