According to N-Power “If your payment status under payroll section is showing “NO PAYMENT DATA AVAILABLE”, kindly contact us through any of our help lines 092203102, 018888340 for assistance.

How To Fix “Error” Messages When Updating Account Details

Try updating at an off-peak hour of the day,  say early in the morning, or adjust your browser settings by clearing cache memory.
